We live in an ever-changing world. Coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have experienced more change than we can remember in recent history. This change can take its toll on our kids. They already frequently face the challenge of moving in and out of new environments, and now all of that has been turned upside down even more with things like masks and social distancing. Now, moving back to a more "normal" status is yet another change that feels new and scary.
