Jake Reiter

Executive Pastor

Pastor Jake joined Berean’s staff in January 2023. His role includes supporting Pastor Deven and collaborating on the vision, mission, and strategy across all departments of Berean.

Jake is excited and honored to help lead Berean in setting long-term objectives and strategy as we look to the future and all that God has in store for our church. He finds great joy in execution and implementation as he works with the pastoral team to equip the saints for the work of the ministry. He loves helping each person identify their God-given gifts and passions to make a difference in their sphere of influence.  

Jake has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Winona State University (Winona, MN) and a Master’s Degree in Transformational Leadership from Bethel Seminary (Arden Hills, MN).

Jake grew up in Waukesha, Wisconsin, and is a diehard Green Bay Packers and Chicago Cubs fan. Fun fact: He had the privilege of attending game five of the World Series in Chicago (ask him about it sometime!). Jake is married to the love of his life, Jen, and they have two amazing children. He enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, golfing, and pickleball, and he doesn’t like donuts.
