Being connected is easy as
Being connected to the gospel and the faith family is vital to helping us grow in our faith. At Berean, there are several ways to be connected, each offering a unique opportunity to draw close to God and to each other. When we connect with the church and the faith family through serving, joining a small group, baptism or membership, we are committing to one another and to the mission of the gospel.
We want to help you take the next step in your faith journey at Berean. That's why we have created a three-step process to help you be connected.
Held the first weekend of every month, First Connection will help you learn more about what Berean believes and discover ways to get involved. Whether you're new to Berean or have been around for a while, we invite you to attend First Connection. If you're interested in baptism or membership, or just want to know what we're about, First Connection is the place to start. You'll learn more about what we believe at Berean and why we think being connected in areas such as membership, serving, giving and growing in your faith is important. You'll also have the opportunity to share your story and get to know us better. We can't wait to meet you and help you take the next step in your faith journey.
Held the second Sunday of every month, the Foundations class is your next step when you're ready to pursue membership or baptism. This informational class is held on the second Sunday of each month so you can schedule it at your convenience. During this one-hour class, we'll talk about why baptism and membership are an important part of the Christian life and what that commitment to the faith family means.
Held on the third Sunday of every month, Faith Story is the last step before baptism and/or membership. As part two of the Foundations class, you'll share how you came to faith in Jesus Christ and ask any additional questions you've thought of along the way. This is another chance for you to get to know Berean and for us to get to know you better as you connect with the faith family.
